Refund Policy
- Full Refund:
- You are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any course content.
- Partial Refund:
- If less than 25% of the course content has been accessed, a partial refund may be granted, subject to a 15% administrative fee. This covers the cost of processing and resource allocation.
- Non-Refundable:
- Refunds are not available if:
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- The course is part of a promotional or discounted package.
- The course is a customized or tailor-made program designed specifically for you.

Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Course Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your registration before accessing any course material, you must notify us via email at ([email protected]) within 7 days of purchase.
- Mid-Course Cancellation:
- Cancellations during an ongoing course are permitted, but refunds will not be granted if you have accessed more than 25% of the content.
- For subscription-based courses, cancellations will stop future billing cycles, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Workshops and Live Sessions:
- Cancellations for workshops or live sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated in the program terms.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
If you would like to request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

- Include your name, course name, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of your reason.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval and credited back to the original payment method.
